Can Strata open an encrypted medical imaging disc?
In most cases, yes. We decrypt encrypted DICOM automatically as it’s ingested, and we expand the ISO, ZIP, CD/DVD, and DICOMDIR structures that stall ordinary viewers. A disc locked with a password the issuer printed still needs that password — like any tool. Bring the specific disc to a demo and we’ll show you what happens.
How do we get imaging from a hospital or the other side?

Can our retained expert access the studies remotely?

Is it HIPAA compliant, and will you sign a BAA?

What about chain of custody?
The original DICOM is preserved and never rewritten. Every access is recorded in the audit log, and read-only reviewers can look but never change anything.
